MEMBERSHIP FEES
The first couple of sessions ('taster sessions') are free whilst you work out whether this is the right choir for you.
We would suggest you come along to the first one and see how it is run, talk to existing members and hear the types of music we sing and the different voice parts. Then a further session where you can borrow our sheet music for the session, and join in singing with an appropriate voice part or try different voice parts!
Once you think that you'd like to sing with us, for a season at least, we'd ask you to sign a membership form and begin paying the monthly membership fee of £28 per month x 12 months (we feel that spreading the costs evenly across the 12 months is helpful for budgeting purposes on both sides)
Membership fees cover the following costs: hire of the venue, the choir leader fees, the cost of sheet music and learning tracks, equipment and performance costs.
Membership includes:
● 12 weekly 2-hour long choir sessions per season
● Access to downloadable sheet music for all songs included in the season
● Access to downloadable learning tracks for all songs included in the season
● The opportunity to take part in as many or as few of our performances as you wish
● The opportunity to join the Tuneful Tuesdays WhatsApp Group
NB If you want copies of printed sheet music and don't have any access to a printer, we can provide sheet music for you at an additional cost of 20p per page.
Paying monthly:
● Payments should be made to the Tuneful Tuesdays bank account using Standing Order or other online payment methods during the first week of every month

● You can “pause” your membership for a season if you want to take a season off – just get in touch with us and stop your Standing Order. You won’t have access to any of the materials listed above during this time. When you are ready to come back, let us know and we will re-activate your access once the first payment is received.
● If you decide to leave the choir, let us know. If this happens part-way through a season, your membership ends at the end of the season and all four monthly payments must still be made. This is because we will have purchased the music and learning tracks for you for that season already and there are still venue and choir leader costs to be paid for the rest of the season. If you do leave us, please remember to cancel the Standing Order after the 4th payment has been made for that season so as not to create additional administration.
